Photios Bros, in Druitt St, is a very small, very old-fashioned bead shop. Not for them the array of beads displayed on shelves around the shops. Instead, the beads are kept in brown boxes. Customers look through sample boxes to make their selection. My only disappointment with the shop is that I expect it to be staffed by gruff, grey-haired men wearing grey dust coats, but the assistants are young, friendly females.
The tiles in this photo can be found in the beautiful old Queen Victoria Building.
Along with this dome.
The Coathanger dominates Sydney Harbour.
And here the water sparkles in the late afternoon sunlight.
